Search by email, name or account code across every Recurly site you run. One match opens the account; several are listed so nobody guesses; an account on another brand shows as an "also on" banner; no match says what to ask next.

See the whole account

Plan, price, status and next renewal at the top. Every transaction below, declines included, each with its reason in plain words. Your own custom fields alongside. The details behind any charge, one click away.

Fix it, within limits

Refund a charge or cancel a subscription from the same screen: pick a reason, see exactly what will happen and what your rules say, then confirm. Over the agent's limit, it goes to a manager to approve. Every action is recorded in your audit log.

Roles keep it safe

Each person gets what their role allows: agents help customers within limits, managers approve and see more detail, analysts look but never change anything. Nobody needs Recurly admin access or an API key.

And the AI, for everything else

The same team can ask Claude or ChatGPT the questions that don't fit one screen, about billing and Zendesk tickets, under the same rules.
